He founded Heartland Drone Company, a well-respected drone inspection and media services firm specializing in high-definition and thermal drone inspections for commercial properties. His clientele includes multifamily owners, property management companies, architects, engineers, restoration firms, and general contractors.
Beyond inspections, Andrew is proficient in creative storytelling and brand development. Many of his clients rely on his creative services—such as photography, videography, graphic design, and marketing strategy—to build their brands and enhance their market presence. His expertise in B2B marketing, website development, and search engine optimization (SEO) has helped numerous businesses strengthen their online visibility and customer engagement.
Andrew plays an active leadership role in business operations, with a management style that emphasizes team development, innovation, and long-term strategic growth.


Cody Conover
Co-Founder
Career Bio
Cody has built a successful career in the oil and gas industry, where he currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Knight Energy Services, an oilfield service company that provides high-performance equipment to energy producers. In this role, Cody is responsible for developing revenue-generating strategies, cultivating client relationships, and leading sales teams to drive business expansion.
His extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), business development, sales leadership, and operational strategy allows him to add value by creating scalable revenue strategies, enhancing company culture, sourcing and onboarding key personnel, and analyzing financials to improve business operations.
Cody is involved in daily leadership, decision-making, and strategic direction, ensuring that all business ventures under Wildcat Business Partners benefit from his expertise.
